Dr Nishi has years of experience working with dental patients of many different backgrounds and age groups. She has helped her patients to overcome the fear of dentistry and guided them through the journey of achieving a healthy and confident smile. She is known to build lasting relationships with her patients and treat everyone with empathy and kindness.

She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from University of Michigan. She received 'Raymond L. Hayes Award in Endodontics' for outstanding skills and exemplifying the ideals of the American Association of Endodontists. She worked tremendously in the outreach program serving community clinics in remote areas of Michigan where there was a dire need of a dentist. Throughout her career, she has been an active member of Mission of mercy and provided dental treatment to thousands of patients at dental camps.

Before embarking on the dental profession, she was a clinical researcher at Craniofacial Center at University of California, San Francisco, CA. She contributed to research involving the genetic mutations occurring in bones and teeth which causes craniofacial deformities in children with various syndromes. Her scientific background has helped her to practice dentistry with scientific evidence resulting in excellent outcomes.
